This machine is adopting the use of automatic computer control X-axis and Y-axis movement for producing any kind of sewing pattern within the limited sewing area. Mainly used for doing reinforcement stitch on any kind of heavy-duty materials, such as heavy multi-layer webbings, climbing safety ropes, safety belts, and many other applications that require heavy-duty reinforcement stitches.

The touch screen control panel allows the operator to create, edit, and delete any pattern directly for convenient usage.

2. S-889-3020 (Sewing area: 300x200mm)
3. S-889-5020 (Sewing area: 500x200mm)
These basic models require manual hand trimming process.

Also available an optional function: automatic thread trimmer using hot knife cutting mechanism suitable for large production quantity for better production efficiency:
